Voltage Range¶

The AT128RFA1 can operate from 1.8 volts to 3.6 volts, but flash can only be written (loading of a script or setting of NV parameters) above 2.0 volts.

For Synapse modules based on the ATmega128RFA1, refer to the module data sheets for acceptable voltage ranges.
